Welcome to the California Spatial Reference Center (CSRC) website. CSRC is located at the Cecil H. and Ida M. Green Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics (IGPP) at UCSD's Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO).

In partnership with the National Geodetic Survey (NGS), the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and other participants, CSRC has developed a plan to establish and maintain a state-of-the-art network of GPS control stations necessary for a reliable spatial reference system in California.(more)
